Here at CrossFit South Lewisville, we are committed to you and your fitness. Regardless of age, background, current fitness level, you will find a place. Our program features the same workout for everyone, but has modifications to meet every need.

Q: What can I expect when I come?

A. Each class is lead by a certified CrossFit Coach who will be there to guide you. Class will be in a group format, warmup, WOD (Workout of the Day) and cool down.

Q: How long are classes?

A. Classes will generally be 45 mins to an hour. Each athlete works at a different pace so the time will vary from person to person.

Q: Do I need to have an introductory class before I start?

A. Yes. We have a basics class every Saturday at 8am for everyone to start with and then basics classes at designated times during the week.

Q: How do I sign up for a class?

A. Use the online scheduling tool on the website to sign up for classes.

Q: What if I sign up, but then have to cancel?

A. Go to the website and cancel your class. We have a cap on each class size so please cancel to free up the spot for someone else.

Q: How does membership work?

A. There are no start-up fees. The month to month membership is just that, no contract and it goes from the day you sign up until that day next month. We have auto debit options available.
