We take pride in having a coaching staff who has a proven background and the knowledge to ensure our members get the results they want. All of our coaches do CrossFit, and have for years. At CrossFit South Lewisville, our coaches don’t just talk the talk…they actually do CrossFit: it is a requirement to be a coach. Our coaches push themselves daily, just as they ask of our members.
